Chapel Park Dental Plan
We are now pleased to offer you our own Dental Plan. We recommend you join the Dental Plan as this will give you more flexibility (Saturday appointment), greater choice of materials and laboratories. The Dental Plan cost as low as £14 / month and contain a supplementary insurance including world wide dental injury and emergency cover (please see policy summary). You can join simply by filling in a direct debit form. If you decide to stop, all you need to do is just to give us one month notice. So simple it is.
